Turmeric: A Natural Immune Booster and Recipes

Turmeric has been used to help heal disease infections since ancient times. It is known to harbor therapeutic properties that can help with stomach problems, colds, and coughs, as well as limit the spread of infection. Turmeric's anti-inflammatory effects make it a natural immune booster. "Indian Saffron" and "The Golden Spice" are two more names for it.
