2 cups milk
1 cup water
1 ½ teaspoons butter

⅓ cup semolina flour
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
Over medium heat, combine milk, water, butter, and salt. Stir gently until boiling. Take off the heat. Stir constantly to prevent lumps as you add the semolina flour in a steady stream.
Stir until porridge comes to a boil, about 2 minutes. Cover and cook until the porridge thickens, about 20 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in maple syrup.
Let porridge sit for 3 to 5 minutes before serving. Top it up with your favorite fruits and enjoy!
