1 Tbsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine powdered grit corn, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Combine the milk, eggs, oil, and butter in another bowl, mixing well. Stir into the flour mixture until smooth. Spread on the greased baking sheet.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 35 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Separate the dough into seven pieces. Put a damp towel on top of them to prevent them from drying out. Allow them to rest for 10 minutes before shaping them.
Shape it like a doughnut after you have rolled it up tightly from the front. Bake at 190° C or 18 minutes after resting for 20 to 30 minutes.
